(NYSE: ARW) announced today, through arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), that they have signed a large-scale distribution agreement. The agreement covers North American commercial markets and first qualifies Arrow as the exclusive value-added distributor for the full suite of CommVault-award-winning business data management products and services. As CommVault continues to strengthen its global presence, this is the latest in a series of global agreements that characterize its commitment to developing a more effective and effective two-step distribution strategy for Channel. The relationship allows commVault to reach more resellers and end-users through Arrow ECS` extensive relationships with more than 7,500 partner resellers and its large size. In addition, CommVault has access to Arrow ECS` community of memory dealers and system integrators, which integrate with the company`s ideal channel partner profile, which focuses on data migration, data archiving, compliance, risk recovery and business continuity planning. The agreement transfers more than 100 dealers on CommVault`s bronze, silver and gold levels to Arrow ECS and receives new support in the form of Arrow ECS engineering, marketing, financing, certification and training services.
