The percentage of distribution or percentage that each partner receives from the partnership should be the same as that of its investments. As part of the partnership agreement, individuals are committed to doing what each partner will bring to business. It is essential that trade partnership agreements are legally binding documents that partners wish to respect for the duration of their partnership at the beginning of their partnership.
